Privacy Policy

When you request a quote or check your LADWP rebate eligibility, we collect the details you enter (such as name, email, phone, ZIP code or address and your answers) to contact you about your request.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to help Meta optimize ad delivery. The pixel records page views, when you start a quote or rebate check, when you submit a request, and phone-number clicks, along with standard browser data (such as IP address, device and cookie identifiers). We do not send your name, email or phone number to Meta.

We also save the ad campaign information in the link you arrived from (utm source, campaign and content, and the Facebook click ID) with your request so we know which ad brought you here.

The pixel does not load for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or on our account and unsubscribe pages.

Your choices

You can block the pixel with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. California residents may ask us to stop sharing their information for advertising by emailing info@elitecomfortla.com or calling (888) 433-2250.
